DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSES AND CONSERVATION PERIOD
Data processed: In order to process the registration in the store, some data must be provided, which will be processed by Jealfer, S.L., indicating those that are mandatory and those that can be provided voluntarily. Subsequently, the data corresponding to the purchases made and the billing data will be stored, as well as the means of payment used, in case you wish to use them in subsequent transactions.
You agree to notify Jealfer S.L. any modification of your personal data in order to keep them updated and that they do not contain errors.
During browsing, data such as the IP address assigned by your provider or certain social profiles associated with the user may be provided.
Purposes: The purposes will be the following
1. Online store: The data will be processed to process the registration as a user of the store and subsequent processing and management of the purchases made. The email will be used to send offers and promotions for products similar to those that were the object of purchases. The user may decide whether to save the means of payment used, in order to use it by default in future purchases in the store.
2. Newsletter: The email will be processed to send news, promotions and offers from the store.
Conservation Period. The conservation period will be the following
1. Online store: The data will be processed until the user cancels it. In that case, in compliance with Spanish accounting and tax regulations, the information must be stored for at least four years. The means of payment will be stored until the user changes it or until the expiration foreseen for them, in the event that they correspond to credit or debit cards.
2. “Newsletter” data: The data will be processed from the moment the user registers their registration until they cancel their consent, which may be granted as many times as they want. In each communication, the user will find a free and accessible procedure to manage it.
LEGITIMATION OF THE TREATMENT
The legal basis for the treatment of the data provided is the consent granted by the user for the specific purposes. Similarly, the data processing is necessary for the execution of a contract in which the interested party is a party.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation about whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed. Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, the interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data or oppose their processing, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
For this, users may send a written communication to the registered office of Jealfer, S.L. or to the email address indicated above, including in both cases a photocopy of the national identity document or equivalent supporting documentation.
In case you wish to exercise the right of portability, Jealfer, S.L. will provide this data to the new Responsible.
